Mask Man

How Mask Man captures bad guys he shoots some masks at the bad guys from his pointer fingers and the masks stretch around the bad guys and then a chain whirlwind (a whirlwind made out of chains) gets them and carries them away to police officers and power from the chain whirlwind makes them say that they're a bad guy.
